Genaro Adauto

Genaro Adauto is the General Manager of Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club, leading operations at Omaha’s newest modern supper club.

A native of Nebraska, Adauto developed a passion for the industry after pivoting his career from the corporate world to the hospitality world. After moving to South Padre Island, TX, Adauto began honing his skills in the industry. In 2017, he became lead server at The Painted Marlin Grill and then was promoted to assistant general manager. In 2021, Adauto joined the team at Grapevine Café as General Manager.

In February 2024, Adauto became the General Manager at Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club. In his role, he oversees the restaurant’s daily operations. Adauto prioritizes mentoring his team and focuses on leading by example. He eagerly welcomes patrons into Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club and offers exceptional hospitality, top-notch service, and a modern twist on refined supper club dishes.

Outside work, Adauto enjoys spending time with his son Jacob and his wife, Maleidy, and taking family walks together.
